We are seeking a Litigation Assistant with 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing firm. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of experience in public and private sector civil litigation and will work closely with the firm's attorneys to build and maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing clients. Prior litigation work experience is required. Successful candidates will have experience with e-filing, drafting pleading, perfecting service, generating and responding to discovery requests, motion practice, and trial/arbitration preparation. Job will also require the scheduling of experts for testimony, scheduling depositions, drafting and issuing subpoenas, summarizing records and depositions, and calendaring.
