Sophisticated Civil Trial Practice seeking highly qualified candidates with 4 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Califiornia to join our collegial team of top-notch litigators. Founded by former National Firm Partners in order to provide big firm talent and experience at a more flexible and entrepreneurial platform, we focus on the areas of "business divorce," to include employment litigation, competition and non-compete litigation, trade secrets, shareholder and partner rights, and unfair and unlawful business practice litigation, corporate and partnership dissolutions, and other general business litigation. We regularly represent some of Southern California's largest and best-known companies in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, aviation, transportation, and finance, by way of a non-Insurance Defense platform.

Must have business and/or employment litigation experience in California, and Qualified candidates graduated from higher ranked ABA accredited law schools, and have been continuously employed in California since graduation. Extensive law and motion and discovery (all facets) experience is required, and qualified candidates must be able to research and write at an extremely high level. Law review and trial experience preferred.

Highly competitive comp starting between $180,000 and $230,000 (based on experience), with a generous monthly bonus structure, and an origination bonus structure. Full array of benefits including medical, dental, 401K, MCLE, bar dues, class-A office space and flexibility of hybrid in-office/remote.
