Farr Cragun & Berube, P.C. ("FCB") is one the fastest growing and most reputable law firms in Weber County. Our team is at the heart of our practice and drives our culture. We don't just talk about "work-life balance" but have actually structured the Firm around this very principle. For example, our monthly billable hour requirement is 110 hours, our office is closed on Fridays, and we offer some remote work options. Our culture is built around supporting each other both professionally and personally. FCB is currently looking to hire a lead attorney for our civil litigation practice. FCB has traditionally practiced in family law; however, a little over a year ago the demand for civil litigation from our referral network became so apparent that we started the civil litigation section of the Firm. There are currently over 45 civil cases signed up at the Firm ready to be litigated upon finding the right candidate. Over the past 15 years, FCB, through its reputation and hard work, has developed an expansive referral network that provides a solid foundation to continue to develop the civil practice within the Firm. We are in the unique position that we do not advertise, and all of our cases are from personal referrals. Our new hire will be in the unique position to work for a very well-established law firm in Weber County, ensuring plenty of work, but will have the opportunity to lead the civil department moving forward and ultimately become its managing partner.
