  • Are you tired of your current firm? Are you looking to make a good living, but without having to sell your soul or chain yourself to a desk in exchange? We're not going to try to sell you on the idea of work-life balance. We can't promise you that, and you should be suspicious of any law firm that tries. What we can provide, however, is the opportunity to work with good people on interesting cases for good clients.

Who are we: West & Dunn is a small law firm based out of Southern Wisconsin. In addition to our civil litigation practice, we also maintain practices in the areas of business transactions, criminal defense, and veterans disability benefits. Litigation work is performed in all state and federal courts of Wisconsin, and in other jurisdications around the country as the needs of clients dictate.

Who are you: An attorney admitted to the bar in Wisconsin with at least five years of civil litigation experience. We are looking for someone with trial and deposition experience; good writing skills; and execllent communication habits. A willingness (or insistance) to have an beer at happy hour with the team doesn't hurt either. A modest book of business is helpful, but not a dealbreaker.

    • Management of basic civil litigation matters with limited oversight
    • Service as a team player on more complicated civil litigation matters
    • Willingness to provide mentorship of and leadership to to more junior associates
