Day to Day you'll ...
- Completes assigned processes for multi-state payroll for hourly and/or salaried associates including time, base pay, overtime, incentive pay, taxes, etc.
- Completes assigned processes for month-end/quarter-end reconciliation of hours worked, earnings, elected benefits deductions, taxes, etc.
Qualifications
- Quickbooks experience a plus.
- Must be detail oriented experienced in accounting , and payroll procedures a plus.
- Must be proficient, accurate and timely in filing all State and Federal monthly and annual tax papers as well as employee 1099, W-2’s and other documents as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
