Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the position of Loader/Unloader in our fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Duties

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking purposes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Handle heavy lifting of materials as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and other materials handling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of order picking processes and materials handling best practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
