We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate that will be working in our store located in Chestnut Hill. The ideal candidate is an individual who is enthralled by fashion, devoted to customer service, and dedicated to completing tasks with precision and care to meet the high standards of quality at WHEAT. RESPONSIBILITIES Including but not limited to:

Complete a training program which involves in-store training as well product knowledge training
Familiarity with all brands and items that we stock including high end accessories knowledge
Greet and interact with customers and provide exemplary customer service; educate guests about brands we carry such as Zimmerman, Citizens of Humanity, Re/Done, NAADAM, Aviator Nation, and any other products in the store
Be an independent, self-motivated individual who doesn't mind stretches of working solo in a beautiful atmosphere
Utilize our POS system; manage exchanges if it should arise
Applied experience and understanding of all Microsoft Office Products
Assist in the daily operations of the store, including restocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising
Respond to guest concerns
Handle custom sales (customers may call in to place a special order)
Learn from your team members and share knowledge regarding new products and events
Effective leadership abilities to support team members
Learn, understand and adhere to company policy, programs and standards
Perform other tasks assigned by store manager
Provide daily feedback to your leadership team which includes but is not limited to; detailed opening email and end of shift email to include relevant store photos and videos

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Should be passionate about high end fashion as well as promoting the luxury lifestyle and culture
4 years or more of proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the WHEAT guest and providing an exceptional retail experience Understanding of the retail sales process (greeting, assisting, and checking out guests in store)
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Track daily sales and accurately count high dollar inventory on hand
Excellent communication skills, with strong capability to building relationships
Ability to perform solo in a small boutique atmosphere
Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed
BA in Fashion, Merchandizing, or related field not required, but is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
