    Job Description



    This position prepares market studies, appraisals, and appraisal reviews; negotiates the acquisition of properties and provides relocation services; prepares demolition contracts; processes excess property requests; and prepares lease/license agreements. The property analyst inputs and retrieves data from the department's Land Management Data Application (LAMDA) system, Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS), Real Estate Sale and Leasing System (RESALE), and ProjectWise for each property function completed; participates in public meetings; and whenever possible, identifies, recommends, and implements improvements in work methods and materials utilized in the position.

    The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate at the entry (9) level through the maximum rate at the advanced (12) level. Based on education and experience, candidates will be reviewed to determine what level they are qualified for.

    Education for Property Analyst 9-12

    Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

    One year of professional experience in real estate equivalent to a Property Analyst 9.

    Property Analyst P11

    Two years of professional experience in real estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 10.

    Property Analyst 12

    Three years of professional experience in real estate equivalent to a Property Analyst, including one year equivalent to a Property Analyst P11.

    Two years of E10- or E11-level experience.

    Educational Substitution

    Property Analyst 9 - 12

    Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
