We're adding more Lenders to our team! Seeking quality, self driven candidates to manage loans that will drive marketing and profitability efforts forward. This position requires:

• Proven knowledge, experience, and portfolio success as a Lender
• Experience collecting delinquent loan payments or securing collateral
• Ability to foster positive and meaningful business relationships, both new & existing
• Active participation in Bank and community initiatives with enthusiasm
• Collaboration with other successful team members
• Understanding of bank products & services to help drive upselling efforts

Competencies:

Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills; ability to adhere to Bank principles and methods, proficiency with Bank processing systems

Attention to detail, problem solving, time management, organizational, and strong communication skills are an absolute must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,239.00 - $81,359.00 per year
