Lockbox Manager jobs in Colorado
Lockbox Manager manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of the company's lockbox operations. Coordinates and monitors daily operations in the mail room and money transfer. Being a Lockbox Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager. The Lockbox Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Cleaner
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55.00 per hour
