This position is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant floor operates smoothly and efficiently.

This position works closely with the guests, crew, and managers.

Primary functions:

Ensure that crew members stay focused and motivated.

Ensure extraordinary service to guests and fellow crew members.

Be an example of a great crew member.

Collaborate with management on distributing sections and stations.

Assign duties throughout the shift.

Prioritize tasks.

Supervise through delegation and follow up.

Ensure image standards are maintained by crew members.

• Averaging 35 hours/week average
• Completed Conflict Resolution development class
