Key Responsibilities:

• Mastermind the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, guaranteeing service that’s both seamless and spectacular.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, cultivating an environment ripe with professionalism and zeal.
• Strategize innovatively to amplify guest satisfaction and deepen loyalty.
• Uphold stringent health and safety standards, ensuring a safe dining atmosphere for all.
• Skillfully manage inventory and resources, maintaining a well-oiled supply chain.

• Provide regular performance and strategy updates to the Resort Manager.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in restaurant or bar management, showcasing a rich background in hospitality leadership.

• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including regulatory compliance.
