Serco supports the IUSS Product Support Facility (PSF) contract we support the PSF operation and Navy lifecycle logistics. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams which have been recognized by the U.S. Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract.

In this role, you will:

• Assist the Team lead in the collection of source data and support the development of project schedules, plans and Plan of Action & Milestones as needed.
• Schedule follow up meetings with various stakeholders to ensure actions are understood and on track to complete as scheduled.
• Schedule and track logistic related tasks/projects. 
• Prepare various logistics management reports.
• Analyze logistics data and material usage trends, including O-level 3M data and other historical data.
• Assist with Reliability, Maintainability and Availability reporting. 
• Conducting/assist in inventories, causative research.
• Performing Quality Checks of work products. 
• Periodically work in a shipboard environment. Occasional travel (CONUS/OCONUS) may be required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• High School / GED
• Excellent in the use of MS Office suite of products (Email, Calendar, Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project),
• Knowledge of managing meetings in Microsoft Teams.
• 2 years’ experience in administrative type support
• Experience in DoD and/or Commercial Logistics/Inventory Management
• Active Secret Clearance
• 3 Years of Logistics related experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong administrative/writing skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Familiarity with Visio and PowerBI
