1) Summary: Responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the Dedicated Contract Carriage fleet that provides delivery to customers and various other transportation activities. Also includes implementation and monitoring of solid logistics process and personnel management to achieve adherence to pre-established customer critical success factors. Finally, responsible to communicate information and ideas to others at all levels of both the Customized and customer’s organization.
2) Organization Status: Reports to the Senior Logistics Manager. Office staff and drivers report to this position. Interacts with all employees concerning short term and long-term duties and goals. Also interacts with Customized management, Customized support personnel and key customer contacts concerning operational issues

· Customer Service Satisfaction and Expectation Management
o Monitor business goals for location including operating goals, service goals, and safety requirements.
o Provide regular timely customer reports and key performance indicators to measure business performance
o Collaborate with customers regularly to enhance service, communicate performance and anticipate needs.
· Staffing, Performance Management and Development of Employees
o Hire, develop, motivate and retain employees.
o Set and maintain job requirements, qualification profiles, licensing, insurance and liability requirements.
