Loss Prevention Site Supervisor
Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Loss Prevention Site Supervisor (LPSS) to join their rapidly growing team. The LPSS is responsible for completing inspections, making service calls, and following up on key inspection points to maintain the security and safety of property and associates on the assigned site. The LPSS will work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure the work is performed completely and correctly.
Key Results Areas
Conduct Key Points of Interest (KPI) reports and inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required
Report, make service calls, follow up, and update on any irregularities, damages, and any out-of-the-ordinary situations found during the inspection
Responsible for filling out the proper documents for each KPI on-site and submitting them according to the company’s policies and procedures
Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
As assigned, following applicable company policies and procedures and compliance with state and federal laws, carries out supervisory duties that can include some or all of the following: interviewing, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and, making hiring and termination recommendations
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of Loss Prevention or Security experience and at least six months of supervisor experience
Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on inspection and response services
Good organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
