MANUFACTURING SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Region: (IL, WI, MN, & IA)
Immediate opening for Regional Sales Representative(s) in the following areas: Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Candidate(s) should have a strong mechanical & technical background and experience in selling capital equipment, specifically related to custom Automated Equipment & Material Handling systems for the following industries: Automotive & Transportation, Oil & Gas, Steel Bar Processing, Tube Manufacturing and Billet Forging systems.

- 5 Years of Selling Capital Equipment Projects
- Responsible Self-Starter and Self-motivator
- Ability to Manage a Large Territory and Generate Qualified Leads
- Ability to Effectively Plan Daily Activities and Maximize Time Selling.
- Strong in New Business Develop and Opening up New Accounts
- Willing to Travel 50-60% of the Time Across Assigned Territories
- Strong Computer Skills and Knowledgeable in interpreting Engineered Drawings
- Strong in Handling Customer Relations & Maintaining Key Accounts Activity
- Accountable in Meeting Required Sales Goals & Market Penetration
- Ability Develop Targeted Markets & New Product Strategies
- Strong Negotiator and Communicator of Technical Data & Content
- Technical Knowledge of Automated Equipment & Material Handling Systems
- Ability to Generate Sales Presentations, Estimates and Technical Proposals
- Ability to Read Blueprints, Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Processes & Practices
Sales Compensation /Contract commensurate with experience & level of skills required.
