Job Position: Machine Operator

Location: Sparks, NV 89437

Pay Rate: $17.51

Shift: Sterilization 2:30p- 1am - Monday - Thursday

Description: The Production machine operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production

Production operator Tasks & Duties (What YYou'llDo)

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
• Operate manual machinery and oversee automated machines
• Run test products to ensure quality and accuracy of production meets the set standard
• Keep a daily activity log of production notes (including totals, defects, etc.)
• Follow state health and safety regulations by wearing required equipment and protection as needed

Production operator Shift Info

• Night Shift 3pm -1:30am
• Monday - Thursday with optional Friday Overtime

Production operator Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• Ability to understand the basic mechanics and operations of the steam equipment
• Understanding of the safety requirements necessary including use of PPE and other safety related equipment.
• Ability to occasionally land/or move up to 75lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk or sit for prolonged period of time.
• GED / High School Diploma
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work in the US.
