Mail Server Administrator administers and maintains the organization's email system(s). Monitors server performance and mail routing. Being a Mail Server Administrator creates user accounts and maintains security levels on databases. Provides first-level telephone support and troubleshoots issues. Additionally, Mail Server Administrator monitors existing messaging infrastructure and server usage, ensuring proper working order. Provides recommendations and plans for improvements to e-mail network. May document internal policies or develop training for end-users. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Line Operator - Cutter

  • Summary: Responsible for the set-up, adjustment, and safe operation of all cutting equipment to prepare product to be packed, collated, or bound, ensuring that all items produced meet customer specifications in accordance with company policies and procedures by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Reads work order thoroughly for any production notes that might require a change of normal sizing.
    • Reviews each press form and matches to pre-programmed cutting program. Look for like artwork by looking for address and customer code information to ensure they are the same
    • Cuts 1 to 5 sheets to check accuracy of each piece on every form that is cut.
    • Sets up or changes programs or cuts within a program to assure pieces are proper size.
    • Winds, picks up, and jogs press sheets into the cutter.
    • Follows program order of cutting. Alert Shift Lead if you cannot find a piece on the press sheet or if you have a piece that isn’t on the press sheet.
    • Stacks pieces neatly into carts or skids for transport to the next department.
    • Pays attention to workflow of card products to Scitex workstation and products to FIM workstation and ensures these areas have the required work for their shift as it may require changing from cover to text forms on the cutters.
    • Able to cut and maintain average standards
    • Changes and sets cutter blades as needed to ensure readiness for vendor pickup
    • Maintains responsibility for blades and maintenance of both cutters where one is designated for cover and one is designated for text.
    • Oils, greases, and waxes cutter bed as needed per daily, weekly and monthly maintenance log.
    • Reports for shift designated by the EVP of Production or Production Operations Manager and work standard 40-hour week.
    • Reports for overtime if designated by the EVP of Production or Production Operations Manager.

    Language Ability:

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software and software that determines the cuts.

    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
