WIPPs Records Management Organization (WRMO) is seeking a Mailroom Specialist (MS)for the Waste Isolation Pilot Program in Carlsbad, NM.
This role will report to the Records Program Manager (RPM) and requires a high energy individual with strong interpersonal skills. The MS will provide recommendations to Records Program Manager relative to WIPP Mail Operations procedures, functions and processes that include FedEx processes. The position will also be responsible for providing support as required to WRMO Records Processing Centers for hardcopy digitization. The role will be responsible for proper coordination with RPM to have appropriate resources available to ensure that services are always available.
