Job Summary:
Must have 2 years experience of general landscaping garden maintenance. Bilingual is a plus.

Must have 2 years experience in irrigation of commercial/ residential. Knowledge of irrigation, repairs, installs, drip systems, leaks, running diagnostics, etc. * Bonus pay for projects.

Must have valid and clean driver’s license.

Must be a critical thinker and problem solver. Reports back to office manager with day to day work.

General outlook: Part-Time

Team leaders will be in a general maintenance route for commercial/ residential accounts Monday-Thursday between work ours of 6am-4pm.

Weekends off.

7am start time for Residential.

6-630am start time for commercial.

Hours range from 18-25 hours per week. Extended hours will be 16 hours per week when landscape projects are available.

Work hours between 630am-4pm.

Duties:

- Driving company truck.
- Perform various landscaping tasks of general maintenance such as trimming hedges/ shrubs, weed whacking, edging, using the air blower, raking leaves, weed control, picking up trash/debris, and mowing.

-Landscape Projects of sod, rocks, mulch, planting, etc.
- Supervise all daily work tasks being done and correctly. Leading a crew on various projects.
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas.
- Provide tree care services including pruning and trimming when needed.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Must have 2 years experience in irrigation of commercial/ residential. Knowledge of irrigation, repairs, installs, drip systems, leaks, running diagnostics to find why no water is running for the irrigation system, etc. * Bonus pay for projects.

- Must have 2 years in general landscape gardening experience.

-Must have valid and clean driver’s license.
