How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Major Projects Technical Director, you’ll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable. Your role will include:

• Leading design teams on major Roads / Linear Infrastructure projects
• Bringing diverse groups of people together to deliver seamlessly
• Creating a thriving, collaborative and a high-performance culture within project teams
• Building strong trust-based relationships with delivery partners and clients
• Managing the interface between disciplines through all stages of delivery
• Liaising with construction contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders
• Concise communication with project governance groups
• Input into the pursuit of future opportunities in the market
