GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Advancement, the Principal Gifts Officer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 prospects that have the potential to contribute $100,000 or more to UMass Chan fundraising priorities. The Principal Gifts Officer will be a key participant in the Office of Advancement major and principal gifts initiative, particularly with respect to plans to broaden the base of support and to secure philanthropic investment for the School’s $500M comprehensive fundraising campaign – Advancing Together: The Campaign for UMass Chan.
