Job Responsibilities:

· Enters, updates and maintains sales activities as well as customer information.

· Acts as liaison to external partner companies. Helps to coordinate orders and production schedule.

· Regularly follows up on sales leads and inquiries. Works directly with customers to recommend products and decoration methods that fit their needs.

· Create and maintain various sales reports / projects.

· Customer focused with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.

· Participates in industry trade shows. Requires some travel.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Self-starter and able to work independently.

· Ground Floor Opportunity, will Train the Right Candidate.

Requirements:

· Education: HS Diploma

· Experience in the Promotional Products Industry a plus but not required.

· Computer Experience: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word

· Photoshop experience helpful but not required.

· Some travel is required for this role.

· Quickbooks experience a plus.
