Responsibilities:
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers
- Place and Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Provide medical administrative support to healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office or medical administrative support role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals
