Join the team in our record performing West Boylston location or our brand new facility being developed in Westborough!The Program Lead/Management Trainee takes the reins and is a leader of Serious Fun. We will train you to grow the skills needed to teach amazing classes and lead, train and develop the team! This individual will serve as a team mentor, trainer and leads by example!
What we expect from you…- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)
- Create a warm and fun environment for the Children each class.
- Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
- Create "WOW" moments in the lobby, creating an engaging community and culture
- Act as a "Team Lead" by training and mentoring others in our "High Support, High Performance" environment
- Oversee a program/category of business that includes team development, marketing, sales and business operations

Training will take place in The Little Gym of West Boylston for 4-5 months and then the team will either remain in WB or transition over to The Little Gym of Westborough for the grand opening!
