Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in retailmanagement and sales while learning from experienced professionals. This role is designed to prepare you for a future leadership position within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand management practices, company operations, and industry standards.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive store performance.
- Support team members, help with scheduling, and contribute to training and development efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization.
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.
