4 years work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with Quickbooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
Responsibilities
- Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Pre-screen resumes to match candidate qualifications with job requirements and assist in coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee records, support the interview process, and coordinate onboarding activities. Coordinate and schedule candidate interview times across calendars.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, manage accounts receivable, and process vendor invoices for timely payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll
- Reconcile QuickBooks Online (QBO) and bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records, ensuring proper documentation for financial, HR, and operational purposes.
- Prepare documents, handle correspondence, create meeting agendas, and manage executive meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the C-Level Executive and internal teams to ensure clear, timely communication.
- Coordinate and lead special projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational and financial process improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
