• Responsible for supervising staff and ensuring efficient daily and overall operations of assigned program. Assigns work to staff and ensures it is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional and accurate manner and provides guidance, when necessary. Ensures adequate staffing to meet client needs and volume. Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and professional development of staff and ensuring work is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional and accurate manner. Handles all client and employee complaints as well as crisis situations.
• Responsible for creating, maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports. Knows and complies with the laws and regulations relevant to the position and services.
• Collaborates with agency personnel in submitting proposals as needed to secure financial support from private and government resources. Actively participates in strategic planning and identifies trends and opportunities for program development.
• May be required to perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
