JPA Health is hiring!
JPA Health is a fully integrated marketing, communications, and advocacy agency for clients exclusively within the health space. We share our clients’ commitment to making people healthier. Some might say we are obsessed with improving and protecting lives.
JPA is diverse in many ways, but we have these things in common: We like our jobs, clients, and each other. We build each other up. We work collaboratively. We push ourselves to think bigger, be better and do more. Check out our sizzle reel: https://jpa.com/#sizzle
JPA Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and refine our recruitment strategy and operations. You’ll be charged with identifying a diverse pool of top talent; fostering strong relationships with hiring managers; and managing the full cycle recruiting process in our fast-paced and growing communications and marketing agency. This is a great role for a true TA business partner, and someone who enjoys building and leading rather than simply executing tasks.
Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, you’ll have an opportunity to shape the talent acquisition function in our progressive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. This is a highly visible and hands-on individual contributor role, which will build a team over time as the agency grows.
Key responsibilities include:
Employer Branding. Enhance JPA’s reputation as a top employer through engaging job postings, informative online content and campaigns that showcase the agency’s employee value proposition.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition. Utilize various channels to attract, identify, and engage top talent. Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies and implement initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Develop and lead pipeline strategies such as JPA’s intern program, alumni network and employee referral program.
Data Analysis and Reporting. Use recruitment metrics and analytics to inform stakeholders about recruitment progress and outcomes. Use data to inform sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement in our talent acquisition efforts.
Compliance and Documentation. Stay informed about changes in the recruiting landscape that may impact legal and regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, recruitment progress and outcomes.
Systems, Tools and Vendors. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse. Select and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, job boards and other relevant vendors.
Process and Candidate Experience. You will own the development and implementation of the agency’s overall talent acquisition strategy, our recruiting policies and processes. Evaluate and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process for efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
