The Director of Talent Acquisition will act as the leader in searches for roles at Manager level, through opportunities at the corporate level. This position will focus on full-cycle system wide recruitment of senior and management level positions at both the property level and the corporate office.
Working closely with the corporate HR and senior operating teams, the selected candidate will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This job is remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Source exceptional talent for all roles (DOS and above) within the company.
- Lead recruitment efforts for open roles, providing support for the corporate office and at the property level.
- Support talent acquisition at the market level with the establishment of relationships with key universities/colleges and community partners to build talent pools.
- Actively engage in pre-opening recruiting efforts, partner with hotel leaders to drive successful recruitment for hotels.
Travel may be required for property visits, college career fairs, and recruiting events.
Education and/or Experience:
- Previous hotel talent acquisition experience required.
- Hospitality experience highly desired.
- Ability to source candidates for roles at both properties and corporate.
