Manufacturers Service Contract Administrator jobs in Clarksville, TN

Assist the Director in general maintenance of the center. This will include planning, managing, monitoring and directing the childcare facility. Maintain paperwork for staff, and students, as well as licensing bodies. Work with the director and the teachers to utilize and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that is compliant with DHS standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in the field preferred

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay beginning at $32,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience
• Reduced or free childcare

Schedule:

Duties:

• Day to day operations of a childcare facility
• Staying up to date with DHS information and regulations
• Work with licensing bodies to ensure compliance
• Recordkeeping including staff, student, and center files
• Creating and maintaining schedule for center and staff
• Utilizing Brightwheel and Procare for communication and recordkeeping
• Hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Developing and overseeing curriculum and lesson plans
• Relaying information to parents and addressing their concerns
• Update paperwork as needed
• Institute emergency drills as necessary to ensure preparedness
