Duties:

• Reconciling and reporting discrepancies found in records
• Validating entry records for accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Compiling statistical, financial, accounting and auditing reports
• Creating Annual cost and profitability reports
• Organizing and preparing Monthly financial statements
• Classifying, recording, and summarizing financial data
• Executing cash management functions

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or extensive equivalent work experience,

·         3 years of accounting related experience

·         Have advanced skills in Excel and it’s accounting functions.

·         Possesses strong analytical skills

·         Able to focus on details and possess excellent communication skills

·         Willing and able to adapt to new assignments.

• Proficiency with products in the Microsoft Office Suite

·         Should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance.

·         Able to complete a criminal background & drug screening process.  

·         Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software is a BIG PLUS

·         Advanced training / professional certifications are a plus
