 Manufacturing Technician 

Reports to: Supervisor

Summary/ Objectives

This position is perfect for a retire HVAC technician, machinist or metal fabricator or someone who does not want to travel any more.

Essential Responsibilities 

• The ability to TIG Weld
• The ability to follow bill of materials to refurbish and build cryogenic machinery 
• Mechanical assembly
• Experience in fabrication 
• Tube bending
• HVAC experience
• Soldering and Brazing of copper and stainless steel
• Basic electrical AC/DC concepts
• Familiar with and follow policies that pertain to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, stock management, etc.

No supervisor responsibilities required for this position. 

Work Environment 

This job is an inhouse position.

Work Schedule 

40 hours a week

Physical demands

The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 75 Lbs., to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
