SMT Machine Operator (Surface Mount Technology) An automated means of mounting small electronic components to printed circuit boards.
Description of Duties:
Operate and maintain Juki pick and place machines
Load programs for all assemblies and print feeder lists
Load feeders and verify
Teach pick on Juki machine then measure components
Apply solder paste to PCB's using screen printer and verify registration
Load reflow oven profile and verify with Datapaq
Minimum Requirements:
Basic understanding of machine movements in three axis
Able to work in highly structured, procedure controlled, environment
Must be able to work well with others in a team based manufacturing group
Detail oriented with a methodical approach to diagnosing and fixing issues
Familiar with common hand tools
Have a desire and willingness to learn through on the job training and formal education
