Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to support 1000 employees at the plants in Bradenton, FL and Fort Pierce, FL.
The HR Manager is responsible for overall leadership of the human resources function in support of all operations and support functions within the facility. This includes driving the Strategic HR Plan at the operational level and defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success. Will establish solid business partnerships and drive functional excellence in all key HR processes.
