We seek a highly motivated, positive, and experienced Manufacturing Floor Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in managing daily operations on our manufacturing floor, ensuring our products are made to the highest quality, and delivered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of manufacturing processes, from panel wiring to machining of various metals and final assembly of equipment with vendors and internal staff.
Manage and optimize workflow on the manufacturing floor to ensure efficient operations and timely product delivery.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the manufacturing process.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
Collaborate with other teams to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall productivity.
Train and mentor staff on manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within sterilization devices or similar manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in panel wiring, machining of various metals, and final assembly of equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and experience in customer support.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field a plus.
