C & J Equipment Manufacturing is a full-service fabrication company established in 1978. We manufacture superior quality equipment by implementing excellence in design and quality control. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bloomfield, NM.

Responsibilities:

· Answer phones, direct visitors, and perform basic office functions

· Assist CFO with accounting projects

· New hire paperwork and associated tasks

· Daily time entry and adjustments

· Strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality practices

· HR/Office projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Excellent attendance

· General office experience required

· Experience with Excel and Word required

· Highly motivated and self-directed

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Superior communication and organizational skills

Hours:

40 hours per week, 7:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 7:00am-Noon on Friday.
