We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Mail Acceptance team as a Postal Clerk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our postal strategy initiatives.

A Postal Clerk at Japs-Olson is responsible for processing statements and clearing mail that is scheduled to be received and shipped from our facilities.

As an expert in postal regulations, you will collaborate closely with the USPS, sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of direct mail projects.

Compensation : $22 to $25 per hour

Key Tasks :

• Prepare and process postal statements
• Work directly with the USPS on daily shipments
• Coordinate vendors to schedule drop-ship mail jobs
• Complete accurate trailer logs

Experience and Skills :

• Previous experience in a direct mail or USPS environment is preferred
• Postal logistics or shipping experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with USPS regulations
• Knowledge of postal and direct mail software such as DAT-MAIL, PostalWeb, MAILdb, and PostalOne
