Overview
We are a marketing company that provides print and digital marketing mostly to dentists, but expanding out into other markets. We have been in business since 2008 and have many repeat clients. We are looking for a marketing coordinator to coordinate our internal marketing efforts as well as execute marketing campaigns. The position has a lot of potential for growth and promotion as we successfully open new lines.

Skills

• Design—should be able to use Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Edit WordPress websites and add content.
• Good English writing skills and basic copywriting skills.
• Email marketing experience.
• Market research experience.
• Project management skills.

Duties

The marketing coordinator will do some of the marketing themselves, and some will be done by other personnel. The person will need to be able to project manage, including managing personnel and deadlines as needed.

• Ensure we have a sufficient amount of leads coming in for the salespeople through marketing efforts.
• Make sure we have fresh content on our website and maintain its search engine ranking.
• Find ways to collect emails and do email marketing to our prospect lists.
• Make or get made direct mail and get it sent out.
• Explore and implement new ways to market to get more leads.
• Be the control point of all internal marketing efforts in the company.
• Conduct market research, including surveys, on our current clients and services.
• Conduct market research on new lines and new vertical markets we are exploring.
• Get executed marketing campaigns for new marketing lines.

Qualifications

• Skills as stated above.
• Proven experience in marketing.
