ROLE: Responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, including project management, delivery of internal and external communications, collateral production, event organization, research, collaborative input and general assistance. Under general supervision, assists with the coordination, development and implementation of various marketing programs, promotions and other related tasks to support marketing and corporate objectives. Does not include supervisory authority.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
· The person in this role will be an enthusiastic, team-oriented people-person who can coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Team and other Credit Union Team Members to assist in planning and executing marketing, advertising and product promotion activities
· Coordinates Department’s Help Desk Ticket process by responding to requests, helping prioritize tickets and following progress of tickets from initiation to completion.
· Communicates campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to branches and departments throughout the credit union while providing instructions for promotion or use
· Assists in building branch brand consistency and develops branch audit plan to ensure maintenance
· Assists branches with displays, promotions and marketing materials, clearly communicating the purpose and details of promotions to ensure brand consistency and the timely update of materials
· Coordinates Department function related to online supply inventory program and assists branches and departments with supply orders; orders departmental supplies.
· Maintains and restocks inventory of marketing materials, sales support materials and supplies, including but not limited to brochures, rack cards and imprinted specialty items making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed and coordinates distribution of inventory to branches and departments according to their needs.
· Maintain our client relationships with select vendors.
· Process invoices from vendors within a reasonable time frame
· Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Organizes and maintains budget.
· Pull reports, record results, archive reports.
• Supports promotional events, including coordinating event logistics and needed materials and communicating event details to staff; assists with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events; able to execute events from conception to completion
· Suggests ideas for promotions and contests that will attract new customers, including in-person events
· Maintains Marketing Team files with current print and media samples related to campaigns/promotions
· Undertakes daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities and provides administrative support for all Marketing Department projects
· Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Secondary education preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Highly organized and highly reliable
· Requires clear and professional communication in writing, in person and on the telephone.
· The ability to communicate efficiently to all levels of the organization is vital to fulfill the job responsibilities of this position.
· Maintains proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
· Adobe experience a plus, not required
· Proven ability to be accurate and attentive to detail.
· Ability to problem solve.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to prioritize workload.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Physical Requirements
· Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
· Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
