Job Overview:
At our company, we're on the lookout for a talented and creative Commercial Dealer Marketing Specialist to join our professional services team. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of paid social media and email marketing campaigns for our commercial vehicle dealer base. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our customers achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI) from our add-on marketing services.
Responsibilities:
Guide dealerships through the onboarding process onto Facebook Ads, from ad account creation to campaign creation and scheduling.
Craft well-structured campaigns, ad sets, and ads on a monthly basis.
Design compelling monthly email marketing campaigns for our customers and maintain campaigns for multiple resends throughout the month.
Proactively engage with customers via email, phone, or video meetings to understand their needs, target audience, and marketing goals.
Listen to customer needs and concerns while offering tailored recommendations.
Analyze social media and email marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Conduct regular reviews with customers to report results and identify areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in paid social media marketing and/or email marketing is required.
Experience working at or directly with dealerships is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective social media content.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp) and Salesforce is desired.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
