Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead a vibrant team dedicated to executing transformative marketing initiatives across diverse brands. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a skilled marketing team, including roles such as Social Community Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Field Marketing Specialist.
• Ensure team members are well-prepared to meet their goals and timelines, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, confirming alignment with strategic objectives and optimization.
• Establish systems for tracking and analyzing marketing effectiveness across digital campaigns, social media, and events.
• Utilize analytical tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Ads to identify performance trends and make data-informed decisions.
• Provide comprehensive KPI reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing, detailing campaign success, ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and drives strong ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align marketing strategies with company-wide goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, proposing new tools and strategies to enhance our marketing approach.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Ads) is advantageous.
• A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and event marketing.
• Proficient in marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively mentor and inspire a diverse marketing team.
