As a Marketing Professional, you'll be the voice and vision of our brand. You'll play a key role in designing and writing compelling proposals and presentations, as well as leading our presence across web, social, and email channels. While guidance and resources are available, you'll have the freedom to steer and achieve impactful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing collateral, including proposals, brochures, website, and social media. Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse segments and audiences.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all materials, crafting visually appealing and polished marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social channels, and directories. Track and analyze traffic, engagement, and lead generation efforts.
Lead Generation: Work with the Relationship Manager to develop strategies for identifying and nurturing potential clients. Use marketing automation and effective follow-up to guide leads through the sales funnel.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct industry research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and understand client preferences. Evaluate marketing metrics and KPIs to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing.
Creative Abilities: Skilled in creating professional visual graphics for all marketing materials.
Digital Proficiency: Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in creative tools, including InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and similar applications.
Technical Writing: Experience in technical writing and proposal development is preferred; CMAR experience is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial construction trends is beneficial.
Graphic Design: Prior experience in graphic design is advantageous.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
