Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
• Issue insurance documentation, update account information, and assist with payments.
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
• Educate and advise clients. 

Requirements

• 1 years customer service experience. Insurance experience is a plus!
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player and critical thinker.
• Professional communication skills.
