Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers & clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales and marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to promote our Client's products and services

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential customers and market trends

- Support inside sales representatives by providing them with necessary materials and information

- Assist with account management activities, including maintaining customer records and resolving any issues or concerns

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, monitor customer interactions, and generate reports

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data

- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building strong relationships

- Ability to work well with a team.

- Desire for an Entry Level Opportunity with Management Goals

- Technical sales knowledge is a bonus
