This position as a Marketing Administrative Assistant begins status as “Introductory Trainee” for 60 consecutive days during which time the Brand Marketing Manager will evaluate whether the employee is suited for the position. If the employee is determined to be suitable for the job, status will then advance to "Regular Employee" on the first of the month following the 60 day introductory period. Company benefits will then commence.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Starting hourly rate is D.O.E.
Primary duties involve assisting the marketing team with various day-to-day tasks to help achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges will lead to overall success.
Track and monitor Pro Staff and Sponsored Shooter annual contracts, including maintaining records of product requests and entering product orders
Assist with tradeshow coordination and shipping of marketing materials to show
Forecast and track merchandise, apparel sales and sales trends
Maintain accuracy of merchandise and apparel inventory, including reorder points
Execute No Charge product orders
Manage digital assets ensuring dealers and reps have up-to-date product images
Organize shipment of promotional marketing materials to rep groups, sponsored events, giveaways, partnerships, etc.
Assist with event coordination, i.e. Annual Sales Meeting, Marketing Campaigns, Company Parties, Range Days, Content Days, etc.

An Associates Degree in business/marketing preferred or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
