Administrative Assistant

Suffolk County Insurance Agency is looking to hire an outgoing team member who has strong communication and administrative abilities and is ready to learn new skills each day. This position is for full time work, no evenings or weekends required. General knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful, salary increases for an experienced candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

-Supply outstanding customer service in a friendly and helpful style both on the phone and in person

-Process customer payments

-Handle policy change requests

-Provide evidence of insurance

-Record all customer transactions in agency computer system

-Build strong client relationships solidifying retention and product loyalty

-Be educated or open to learn about the insurance industry
