Job Description:
As a Marketing Assistant to the CMO, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, business development and a drive to excel. While no prior experience is required, we're looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to promote our clinic's services and brand.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content for social media platforms and email campaigns.
Marketing Tools and Platforms:
- Explore and implement innovative marketing tools and platforms.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing trends to identify growth opportunities.
Training Course Content Creation:
- Create content for our training course one weekend every 3 months (on average).
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the CMO as needed.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Client Interaction:
- Greet clients as they arrive, offering them water, juice, and providing them with a top-tier experience.
- Assist with sending out invoices, making calls, and following up with clients.
- Offer products sold at the clinic and massage packages to clients.
Content Distribution:
- Assist in content creation and distribution across various platforms.
Market Research & Collaboration:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies.
Campaign Management and Analysis:
- Assist in managing print advertising campaigns.
- Help with budgeting and monitoring expenses for marketing initiatives.
- Aid in the execution of performance marketing campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance.
Experience:
- Tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to dedicate one full year to the position.
