Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. Duties:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
- Support the development and maintenance of the company website using WordPress
- Assist with product management, including inventory tracking and coordinating with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with marketing automation processes, including email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on website analytics using Google Analytics
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility

Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management
- Knowledge of product management processes
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Proficient in using Google Analytics for website analysis
- Understanding of SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings
- Experience with social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
