To meet expansion goals, Divergent is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join their management trainee program. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth into an executive management role after completion of the training program. 

Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Comply with all client guidelines
• Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
• Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive sales

Assistant Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Must be able to have FUN
• Must be excited to work face to face with people
• Customer service, retail, sales and/or marketing experience
• Ability to work at least 40 hours/ week
• Ability to travel locally
• Aggressive desire to learn
